Step 1

Fill Out the Volunteer Form

Click the “Become a Volunteer” button and complete a short form: tell us about yourself, your skills, and when you’re available to come to Ukraine.

Step 2

Attend a Brief Online Interview

Our coordinator will contact you to get to know you better, answer any questions, and help you find the best way to get involved.

Step 3

Start Volunteering

Receive instructions, join the volunteer community, and take part in ongoing initiatives.

Step 1

Submit a Collaboration Request

Contact us via the form or email, providing your organization’s name, area of activity, and a brief idea for a joint project.

Step 2

Agree on a Partnership Format

We’ll hold an online meeting to discuss the details: how we can support each other and what form of cooperation (partnership, memorandum, initiative) suits you best.

Step 3

Launch Joint Actions

Once the terms are agreed — we sign a memorandum, coordinate teams, and begin implementation together with IVC.
